Welcome to BeGreenForum.com. Your use of this site is subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS), which have been created to make using this site an informative and enjoyable experience for everyone.
BeGreenForum.com is operated by Lionheart Software Services, LLC. In this document, "BeGreenForum.com", "us", "we", "our", "the service", "this service", "this site" "BGF" means the BeGreenForum.com web site and content, Lionheart Software Services, LLC, the owners, members, officers, employees, partners, licensors, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and agents. "You", "Your" means you, your agents, heirs and successors.
Your use of this site indicates your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the then current TOS, and that you accept responsibility for any violation. These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and us, and shall be governed by the laws and courts of Wake county, North Carolina, USA. If at any time, any part of these TOS is judged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, you agree the court should endeavor to give effect to the intentions of the disputed part. Our failure to exercise or enforce any part of these TOS does not constitute a waiver of that part, or limit our right to enforce it at any time in the future.
From time to time, we may at our sole discretion and without notice, change these TOS, superceding any prior agreements. You may check the current TOS at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of most pages on this site. While these TOS address most common situations, they can't predict or cover all possible scenarios. We reserve the right to take any action we, in good faith, deem appropriate to ensure this site is not disrupted or abused in any way.
Whilst we truly appreciate anyone who makes a donation or otherwise contributes to this site, such contributions do not entitle that person to any exemption of these TOS.

Any claim arising from this service shall be filed within 3 months of the action causing the claim. After that time, any claim shall forever be disallowed.
Your Conduct

This includes, but is not limited to, software viruses, spyware, and trojan horses. You also agree not to attempt to disable or bypass any security measures we implement.
- to comply with applicable data export laws in your country, and understand the distributed nature of the internet, and that information sent to, or received from, this site may pass through many jurisdictions and/or countries.
Limitations
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site.
You agree that there shall be no third party beneficiary to this agreement.

We will not remove or delete data at the request of a user unless to comply with these TOS, our privacy policy, or as required by law.
